Based in Lunéville, in France's Grand Est region, Lorcos is a long-standing manufacturer of soap and solid cosmetics, developing and manufacturing products for major specialized cosmetics groups and young brands.
With sales of 12 million euros, the company brings eco-responsible solutions to the cosmetics industry, with more eco-friendly galenics and packaging.
Lorcos is differentiated by increasingly innovative products in solid dosage forms, notably soaps, shampoos and dermatological lotions, to perfectly meet the expectations of a dynamic market.
Lorcos keeps a close eye on regulatory developments, and supports its customers in the preparation of complete "Product Information Dossiers" (toxicology, claims, notification) prior to marketing.
With this acquisition, Ekkio Capital aims to create a leader in cosmetic shaping for more responsible and natural beauty.
