In 2017, Baptiste Martin took over the reins of the company founded in Bourg en Bresse by his father with the backing and support of Ekkio Capital on a roadmap combining product launches and development in the United States, a country that accounts for 45% of the global market.

In the United States, FX has set up a subsidiary in Dallas, Texas, dedicated to the research, development and distribution of its FDA-approved products.

With the help of local sales representatives and opinion leaders, the company was able to gain approval for its products. American surgeons now benefit from a wide range of products that meet all osteoarthritis and traumatology needs, helping to improve the quality of life of patients suffering from shoulder problems.

However, transatlantic expansion has not been without its challenges: starting from scratch, FX had to build up its headquarters, sales network and goodwill, and in six years achieved sales of almost
25M USD in sales.
