Paris Experience Group joins forces with ADP to strengthen the Extime hospitality brand

At its meeting on July 23, 2024, the Board of Directors of ADP SA authorized the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Paris Experience Group and its affiliates from its shareholders, including the funds managed by Ekkio and Montefiore as well as the management team.

This proposed acquisition would diversify the value proposition of Extime, the ADP Group's hospitality and retail brand, to tourists visiting Paris.

Organized around two main brands (Paris City Vision and Paris Seine), Paris Experience Group offers visits to museums and historic monuments, sightseeing tours in the city of Paris and excursions in the Île-de-France and the regions, lunch and dinner cruises and private events on the Seine.

Paris Expérience Group is positioned in a buoyant market and benefits from solid positions: long-standing links facilitating access to monuments and cultural institutions, strategic locations on the Seine, BtoB sales force (via travel agencies, hotels, etc.), notably in certain key markets such as the United States.

In 2023, PEG recorded sales of 89 million euros.

The acquisition of Paris Experience Group aims to evolve Extime's value proposition for tourists throughout their stay in Paris.

From a “creator of timeless experiences in the reserved areas of Paris airports”, Extime would then become a “creator of experiences for tourists throughout their stay in Paris”.

The deal is expected to close by the end of the year and by the first quarter of 2025 at the latest, subject to clearance from the French competition authority.”
