Created by the merger of Stérience and Vanguard France in 2019, the group now offers a complete range of multi-services: in situ or ex situ sterilization, low-temperature sterilization, partial sterilization subcontracting, pre-disinfection management... for healthcare facilities. In 2021, Apperton completes its range of services with the acquisition of Altek Médical, the specialist in the repair and distribution of surgical equipment. The following year, Apperton begins its international expansion with the acquisition of Albatec in Spain. In 2023, - The Group opens 2 new In Situ sterilization centers (in Brest and Melun), and now has 17 territorial locations, including 12 in France and 5 in Spain. - A dozen healthcare establishments decide to entrust the sterilization of their medical devices to Apperton. Manuel Navailles, Chairman: "Apperton has become an ally of both public and private hospitals, thanks to a multi-service offering that improves the performance of sterilization departments, and consequently of operating theatres. Its model meets the many constraints of its customers, whether economic, regulatory, HR or logistical".
